Lobster Benedict Mother's Day Special at CheSa's Bistro & Bar

CheSa’s Bistro & Bar (3235 W. Addison) in Chicago’s Avondale will celebrate Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 14. Entertainment will be provided by a DJ from 11 AM to 4 PM on Sunday only. 

The specials will be served along with CheSa’s regular brunch menu:

Mother’s Day brunch specials include:

GARLIC LAMBCHOP with Smothered Potatoes and Eggs, any style. 

LOBSTER BENEDICT – Fresh lobster on toasted bread served with hash brown potatoes. 

CRAB CAKE BENEDICT – Fried crab cake balls served with hash brown potatoes. 

FRIED CHICKEN BENEDICT – Fried chicken served with hash brown potatoes. 

SALMON CROQUETTES – Salmon croquettes served with Cheesy Red Grits.

Fried Chicken & Beignet Waffles

FRIED CHICKEN & CINNAMON FRIED BEIGNET WAFFLES

Crispy Chicken breast seasoned and topped with cinnamon beignet waffles with a berry compote.

BLACK ANGUS SHORT RIBS & RED GRITS

Creamy purple and red grits cooked in a cheese and butter sauce topped with sliced black Angus short ribs.

 BONE-IN PORK CHOP

With Cheddar biscuits and house gravy.

CATFISH SKILLET

House smothered potatoes, 2 eggs any style, and 2 catfish fillets.

JUMBO LUMP CRAB CAKE BALLS

With eggs any style and house potatoes

BOURBON PEACH COBBLER WAFFLES 

Homemade stacked waffles with cream cheese sauce and fresh peach cobbler
