Chef & Owner of Acadia, Ryan McCaskey is hosting Chef Paul Liebrandt
(Corton, The Elm, Gilt) of New York City for a special New Year’s Eve
collaboration dinner. The evening begins with a passed canapé and champagne
reception featuring Dom Pérignon and Laurent Perrier Grand Siecle. The
reception is followed by a 12-course menu with optional wine pairings.
Inspired by 1920’s era opulence, the jazz age comes to life in the
celebrated South Loop fine dining destination. Entertainment through the
evening includes live musical performances and a special midnight ball drop.
The 12-course New Year’s Eve dinner beginning at 7:00 pm is $350 per
person with optional wine pairings available for $215.
