Elske is hosting Chef Rosio Sanchez of Copenhagen (Sanchez, Hija de Sanchez, formerly of Noma) for a one-night-only pop-up. Elske's David and Anna Posey will work with Rosio Sanchez on a special tasting menu, in addition to their regular menu offerings. Menu highlights include octopus tostadas, brill and octopus ceviche, cep tamales, roasted potato tacos, and open faced churro sandwiches.
