Chef Paul Liebrandt will join forces with Chefs John Shields and Luke Feltz for a collaboration dinner Jan. 18 and 19. Hosted at Smyth, the two Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in Chicago’s West Loop, the chefs will offer a menu featuring game meat and seafood offerings. 

“It’s an honor and an absolute joy to work on this dinner with Chef Liebrandt,” commented Shields. “We are always excited to partner with such talented chefs, especially when it is with someone as daring as Paul. I believe this dinner will push each of our creative limits and give guests a new understanding of game meat.”

The multicourse dinner is priced at $450 per person and an optional wine pairing is available for an additional $225. Reservations can be made via TOCK. Proof of vaccination is required for all guests age five and older, and guests 16 and older must also present a valid photo ID.
