The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago is hosting another evening for their Crafted Conversations series. On Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 7pm until 10pm., guests will explore the past of French and Italian heritage featuring wines from the Chateâuneuf-du-Pape AOC appellation at the Ritz’s modern Italian steakhouse, Torali in a four-course wine pairing dinner.
Guided by special guest Jean-Louis Smyl, Export Manager for Famille Quiot Wines, the night will include a multi-course dinner showcasing Chef Guenther Moreno’s dishes paired with wines from the southern Rhone Valley.
Tickets are $200 per person and available via Tock.
