Pilotworks, the culinary incubator breaking boundaries to help food entrepreneurs launch and succeed, is hosting a panel discussion to celebrate International Women’s Month, Women in Food: Launch Stories, led by an all-star cast of Chicago’s lady bosses in food on Tuesday, March 13th at 5:30PM.

The panel will be led by Planted founder Jen Rosenthal, Adrienne Lo from Fat RiceEvelyn’s Food Love founder Chef Evelyn Shelton, Niki Mohrlant from Bella Beez Honey Water, and Erika Allen from Urban Grower’s Collective. Join to chat about business, expectations, failure and success, and remaining confident and steady throughout the at times lonely journey of entrepreneurship.

Following the moderated discussion and Q &A, light refreshments will be served and Pilotworks Chicago Kitchen tours will be available. Pilotworks kitchen spaces feature state-of-the-art equipment and will provide food businesses in the Chicago community the opportunity to start, scale, and pursue their culinary DREAMS.
