Fogo offers a lively atmosphere for celebrating with loved ones during this Valentine's Day. Fogo shares the centuries-old Southern Brazilian cooking technique of churrasco, the art of roasting meats over an open fire, and espeto corrido, or "continuous service." Their menu features a wealth of savory, fire-roasted meats seasoned, prepared and carved tableside for each guest by a team of Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs. Additionally, guests can also enjoy the gourmet Market Table & Feijoada Bar, which includes seasonal salads, soups, fresh vegetables, feijoada (traditional black bean stew with rice, fresh orange and toasted yucca flour), and Brazilian side dishes. To further enhance the dining experience, the restaurant offers a wine list, dessert menu, and classic cocktails.
The Chicago, Rosemont and Naperville locations will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Valentine's Day, February 14th. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made at FOGO.com.
