Seven Lions celebrates the holiday season with uniquely delicious Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve menu specials. Guests can leave the cooking up to the Magnificent Mile clubhouse, with flavorful, one-of-a-kind dishes from Executive Chef Patrick Russ.
The featured menu includes:
Blackened Diver Scallops; $22 for appetizer, $33 for entrée
Red lentils, enoki mushrooms, winter squash puree, togarashi
Roasted Venison; $32
Parsnip puree, quince mostarda, miso, rutabaga, pine
Tres Leches Cake; $9
Vanilla custard & caramel, whipped cream, strawberries
To top it off, guests can toast the meal with Comte Audoin de Dampierre Champagne ($15/glass; $55/bottle). After all, there’s no better way to celebrate than with bubbles!
