Prairie Grass Cafe is celebrating the first night of Passover on Saturday, March 27 with a special menu. Chefs Sarah Stegner and George Bumbaris have prepared a special Passover To Go menu for pick-up on Saturday, March 27 between 4pm and 6pm (pre-ordering is recommended by Wednesday, March 24).

*Fernet is a bitter Italian Amaro made with a variation of herbs and spices. The blend depends on the distillery, but it most famously contains myrrh, rhubarb, chamomile, cardamom, aloe, and saffron distilled in a grape-based spirit. This combination makes it an addition to a seder plate as "the bitter herb."
