Celebrate Tomato Week at The Heritage: August 12th-24th

Looking for a solution to utilize the bounty of tomatoes that emerge in the midwest near the end of summer, The Heritage presents Tomato Week through August 24th.

With an emphasis on reducing waste and taking advantage of seasonal, local produce The Heritage created several tomato dishes that are available à la carte and as a prix fixe menu through August 24th. Using tomatoes from their normal suppliers consisting of small family farms in southern Illinois in addition to farmers market finds, refreshing dishes cover all courses and includes the following:
