The buzzed about French Brasserie in the loop Cochon Volant will celebrate Thanksgiving with a French inspired prix fixe menu ($79) created by executive chef Matt Ayala. The menu brings unique flavor to the classic American Thanksgiving, with slow rotisserie turkey and numerous savory sides. The restaurant will also offer a small brunch menu. The Thanksgiving Day meal includes:

Charcuterie and Pate board appetizer

Roasted Vegetables and Sweet Potatoes
