Throughout the week leading up to Father's Day, guests have the opportunity to sip a custom made, single barrel bourbon created exclusively for III Forks Chicago, at a discounted price.
"Whiskey River Take My Mind" was developed by Executive Chef Billy Caruso in partnership with Knob Creek's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The custom bourbon is available on the rocks, neat, or in III Forks' signature Old Fashioned (Knob Creek III Forks Single Barrel Edition, cinnamon, cherry/orange/angostura bitters) for $10 each (regularly $12). Kick back, relax and sip "Whiskey River Take My Mind" in III Forks' bar or dining room, as well as on the stunning rooftop lounge.
III Forks, located in Lakeshore East, is open Sunday-Thursday, 5-10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday, 5-11 p.m.
