Celebrate Mother's Day with Brunch at the Patio at Cafe Brauer

Mom deserves to take a break from the hustle and bustle, and a chance to relax and unwind in nature. A perfect spot for Mother's Day brunch, The Patio at Café Brauer overlooks the pond at the Nature Boardwalk at Lincoln Park Zoo, which offers a stroll through the restored native ecosystem; and a short walk to the People’s Gas Pavilion, where you can capture family photos featuring the Chicago skyline as your backdrop.

Brunch specials include Quiche, $13, a savory pie filled with eggs, cheese, and vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or tomatoes; Pasta Primavera, $16; pasta tossed with a variety of fresh vegetables like cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and broccoli, in a light garlic and olive oil sauce; and Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries, $11, fresh strawberries dipped in melted chocolate and chilled until set.
