más invites Chicagoans to celebrate Mexican Independence Day on Wednesday, September 16 with red, white and green themed specials. Executive Chef Eloy Suarez will serve Chile en Nogada Tacos, a traditional dish created to commemorate Mexico’s Independence made with roasted poblano pepper, pork and fruit stuffing, walnut cream and pomegranate seeds. The dish will be available Tuesday, September 15 and Wednesday, September 16.

The bar will also offer a red, white and green margarita tasting flight on September 16. Customers can get a taste of the restaurant's Margarita de Sandia (red), Margarita de Casa (white) and Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita (green) for $12.

In honor of National Guacamole Day, which also falls on September 16, Chef Suarez created a seasonal Pomegranate Guacamole. The specialty guacamole, only available on September 16, features smoked bacon, pomegranate, orange, green onion, relish and caramelized walnuts ($8). The Pomegranate Guacamole is also available as part of a guacamole flight that includes smaller tastes of the Pomegranate, Chicharron and Tropical guacamoles ($12).
