In the heart of downtown Mari Gras festivities, local foodies and party goers alike can indulge in New Orleans classic dishes and special cocktails that capture the spirit of the French Quarter at Kitty O’Sheas Irish Pub at Hilton Chicago from Feb. 9 through Feb. 13.

Mardi Gras Menu

·         Chicken Gumbo $8 Andouille sausage, okra, rice

·         Muffaletta $12 Salami, ham, mortadella, Swiss cheese, provolone, olive salad, roasted onion roll

·         Étouffée $17 Crawfish, red beans and rice, peppers, onions, celery

·         Blackened Stripped Bass $19 Red beans and rice, fried green tomatoes, grilled lemon 

·         Cocktails - $12 each

    • Irish Whiskey Milk Punch- milk, cream, John Sullivan “Irish Bourbon” whiskey, vanilla simple syrup
    • Sazerac -Irish whiskey, peychauds, angostura, splash pernod, lemon peel
    • Kitty’s Cup (Irish twist on Pimm’s) - gunpowder Irish Gin, Ginger beer, Cucumber Slice
