Consider Osteria La Madia's inspired Italian Brunch for your Easter brunching needs. Start with a Bellini, fresh peach puree blended with Nino Franco Prosecco along with complimentary freshly baked Easter egg shaped donuts from Osteria La Madia's sister artisan donut shop, Firecakes. Then delve into anti-pasti such as Salmon Belly Crostini with goat cheese, caper berry gremolata and micro celery; or a Brioche Cinnamon Roll with red wine currents, toasted walnuts, and bourbon icing.

If you prefer to celebrate Easter at dinner time, bring family and friends to Osteria La Madia for their special Family Style Easter Dinner, a five+ course meal featuring Osteria La Madia favorites for $40 per person.

Each guest will start with an anti pasti option of either a Sliced Salumi and Italian Cheese Platter or Spinach and Taleggio or Tomato Fondue. Then, your selection of one of three salads will be brought to the table. Choose from a Little Gem Lettuce salad with grainy mustard dressing and crispy pancetta; the Arugula salad with local Apples, three hour roasted grapes and spicy walnuts; or the Roasted Beet Salad, Creamy Gorgonzola, Baby Kale & Belgium Endive and Almonds.

Next is a choice of one of Osteria La Madia's wood-fired pizzas, such as the classic Margherita or the Moroccan Spiced Lamb Sausage with salsa verde. For the entrée, choose from items including Chianti Braised Short Ribs with risotto or Wild Boar Pappardelle with aromatic vegetables and tomato, as well as a side like Garlic Spinach or Creamy Parmigiano Polenta.

Finally, end the evening with a traditional Italian dessert of house made gelato and Italian cookies.
