Holiday French Mediterranean Roscoe Village

This Sunday, Le Sud will celebrate Bastille Day with a prix-fixe three-course menu featuring cuisine inspired by France and the Mediterranean. For $36 each, guests will be offered a curated menu by Executive Chef Kevin McMullen. Available beginning at 5 p.m. on Sunday, highlights include: 

Les Entrées (choose one)

  • Local Farm Green Salad (Herb and Honey Dijon, Vinaigrette, Fine Herbs)
  • Chicken Liver Mousse (Blackberry Puree, Cornichon, Dijon, Baguette)
  • Celeriac & Gruyere Croquette (Caraway Aioli, Celery Leaves)

Les Plats (choose one)

  • Grilled Trout (Cauliflower Puree, Chanterelles, Lemon, Beurre Blanc, Smoked Trout Roe, Watercress)
  • Parisienne Gnocchi (Ramp Gnocchi, Pickled Ramps, Asparagus, English Peas, Leeks, Pea Puree, Caramelized Onions)
  • Roasted Chicken (Carrot, Vadouvan, Hazelnut, Candy Stripe Beets, Chicken Glace)

Dessert (choose one)

  • Basque Cake (Date, Honey, Almond, Orange, Crème Chantilly)
  • House-Made Ice Cream or Sorbet (Brown Butter, Vanilla Maple, Buttermilk, Chocolate, served with shortbread cookies)
