Celebrate August at Perry's Steakhouse: National Pork Chop Day and More

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille is introducing a lineup of limited-time dining and beverage offerings throughout August at its Oak Brook, Schaumburg, and Vernon Hills locations. Highlights include a four-course National Pork Chop Day menu, a new Mini Martini Trio, a featured wine pour, seasonal chef specials, and online market promotions.

National Pork Chop Day 

Perry's will celebrate National Pork Chop Day on Thursday, Aug. 27, with a four-course prix fixe menu available by request for dine-in guests from 4 p.m. to close.

The menu allows guests to select one item from each of four courses—starter, soup or salad, entrée, and dessert—and is centered around Perry's signature 18-ounce Famous Pork Chop. Beverage pairings include the Perry's Hog-Hattan cocktail and Perry's Reserve Pinot Noir, available at promotional pricing for the occasion.

New August Mini Martini Trio of the Month

Bar 79's Signature Mini Martini Trio returns with a new August lineup, offering three handcrafted cocktails.

The August flight includes:

• Raspberry Refresher – Perry's Reserve Rosé, Hendrick's Gin, fresh-pressed lemon juice, and freshly muddled raspberry and lychee.
• Pineapple Ginger Mojito – Captain Morgan White Rum, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, fresh-pressed lime juice, freshly muddled pineapple and mint, topped with ginger ale.
• The 'Strait' Paloma – Código 1530 Blanco Tequila, fresh-pressed lime and grapefruit juices, blood orange purée, and agave nectar. The cocktail is based on musician George Strait's preferred Paloma recipe and features his namesake tequila brand.

A Glass Worth Knowing 

Perry's August edition of its rotating A Glass Worth Knowing program features King Estate Pinot Gris. The monthly promotion highlights a featured wine available by the glass, introducing guests to different producers and varietals throughout the year.
