CAVA Opening in Buffalo Grove, May 15th

CAVA will open its doors to the Buffalo Grove community on May 15th. The restaurant is located at 1555 Deerfield Parkway, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. Daily operating hours are 10:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.  

With Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings, the fast-casual restaurant chain serves food that helps people eat well and live well.

Before the doors officially open, every CAVA restaurant invites its new neighbors to the table for a free meal, accepts donations to support a local cause, and matches those donations up to $1,000. Since 2019, this company-wide Community Day program has raised more than $1 million in monetary and food donations for organizations working to combat food insecurity across the country. CAVA’s Buffalo Grove event is raising funds for the Northern Illinois Food Bank. 

CAVA’s new Buffalo Grove restaurant will employ 25-40 local people.
