All day, diners will be offered a four-course meal, featuring two entrée Pinsas and two dessert Pinsas handcrafted by both Chef Fantoni and Chef Papa, for just $24 per person. Each guest will have the chance to vote to determine which Chef takes the crown. Casati’s specialty, Pinsa, is a creation that offers diners a lighter take on traditional pizza – offering 90% less fat, carbs and gluten overall.
