Cantina Laredo in River North will hold a Casa Dragones tequila dinner on Saturday, September 22 at 7 p.m. The first woman Maestra Tequilera, Bertha Gonzalez Nieves, will be in attendance to discuss Dragones, her small batch, luxury brand spirit. A four course dinner, prepared by Executive Chef Damon Workman, will include ahi tuna ceviche, cantina salad with chipotle vinaigrette, choice of entree (pork tenderloin; lemon shrimp) and ancho chocolate cheesecake. Dinner guests will sip a variety of neat pours, enjoy paired Latin libations and Dragones merchandise will be given away.
