Casa Chi by Chef Richard Sandoval, the chef’s Nikkei lounge concept located on Chicago's Mag Mile, is introducing a specialty cocktail to their menu in honor of the Lunar New Year celebration this January. Introducing the Snake Cocktail made with pisco, midori, kumquat, ube extract, coconut liqueur, lychee soda, and finished with an edamame foam and pink tuile.
