Carnivale to Host Back-to-the-80's Themed Brunch

Carnivale, located in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood is holding a totally rad Back-to-the-80's themed brunch on Sunday, September 18  from 10:30am-3pm with entertainment beginning at 11 AM.  Along with their DIY Bloody Mary Bar, the brunch will include Carnivale's sweet and savory Chicken 'N Waffles - Cuban-Korean spiced crispy chicken, over waffles, served with chipotle maple syrup,and their sweet and decadent Banana Nutella French Toast - French toast stuffed with Banana Nutella, topped with fresh whipped cream, brown butter, pineapple syrup.

The Back-to-the-80's themed brunch will feature:

• Funky fresh DJ Boy Wonder, spinning the decade's greatest hits
• A complimentary mimosa for guests who wear their 80's gear
• Free photo booth to take Glam Cam photo shoots
