Latin-Fusion cuisine located in the West Loop neighborhood, is
giving brunch go-ers the power of creativity with the launch of a Bloody
Mary Bar and Table Side Mimosa Kit during brunch every Sunday, 10:30 - 3p.
The
build-it-yourself Bloody Mary Bar features a large spread of
options that include fresh vegetables from Carnivale's rooftop garden,
selections of house cured meats and cheeses, kitchen specials such as
shrimp, empanadas and steak skewers, Carnivale Hot Sauce and a variety
of spices and condiments.
The Mimosa Kits will be served table side and
include a trio of juices and fresh berries; the large kit also includes
cotton candy.
