Cancelled: 2020 Baconfest and Da Best Fest

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s editions of Baconfest Chicago & Da Best Fest are cancelled. Ticket purchasers for both events will receive full refunds. Baconfest will resume in 2021 on April 10.  Da Best Fest will be rescheduled to a date to be determined. 

"We are saddened that we had to take this step, but we know it’s the right thing to do. We encourage everyone who can, to consider supporting their local restaurants and making a donation to the Greater Chicago Food Depository" said Seth Zurer, cofounder of Baconfest & Da Best Fest. "Without the support of local events, our friends at the Food Bank will need the community’s direct support to continue to provide their vital services to hungry people all over Chicagoland."
