Toni Pâtisserie & Café is now serving Cafés Richard, the Parisian coffee, at its two area locations. The Café’s proprietor, chef and patissier, Toni Marie Cox, hand-selected the coffee blends that reflect her experiences with Cafés Richard while she was living and working in Paris. Her business joins a handful of discerning Chicago-area restaurants in being the first to offer the hbrand o consumers.

“We have long anticipated the arrival of Cafés Richard in the States,” said Toni. “It’s the coffee of choice in Paris’ finest hotels and restaurants, and we are thrilled to offer this quintessential taste of France to our customers.”

The Roast Masters and Coffeeologists at family-owned Cafés Richard create flavorful, rich and consistent blends. Cox chose two classic blends for service at her pâtisserie and café: the Rouge Richard blend for espresso drinks and the Tradition blend for their filtered coffee by the cup. Toni also offers these blends for retail sale, along with the exclusive Perle Noire blend, as well as Café Champs d’Elysses and Café Champs de Mar from Cafés Richard’s Ville de Paris collection.
