New Menu Seafood River North

C Chicago is introducing a new Shark Bar menu for seafood-lovers and bar-goers alike. Featuring a variety of fresh new dishes, with something for everyone, the menu presents C Chicago’s sea-to-table fare in a more casual setting. Offered daily, from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., guests can dig in at The Shark Bar. Aptly-named, The Shark Bar is home to a one-of-a-kind metal shark sculpture, hailing from sculptor Michael Chaikin.

C Chicago guests will find takes on seafood favorites, such as the Salmon BLT Skewer with salmon, lettuce, tomato, and bottarga mayo and the Dirty Martini Oyster with freshly shucked east coast oyster, placed on top of dirty martini ice. The Charred Octopus Salad with crispy octopus, heirloom tomato, and peach is a happy hour pick-me-up, while the Tuna Sashimi with big eye tuna, soy glaze and crispy beet chip, packs a punch in a bite size amount!
