Back for the second year in a row, join RPM Steak and Chef Doug Psaltis as they host world-renowned, eighth-generation Italian butcher Dario Cecchini for an evening of chef demonstrations, Tuscan wine and fine dining. Bringing along his cooks and own arsenal of ingredients, Cecchini will demonstrate the techniques of properly breaking down beef and pork and present guests with a multi-course dinner including his famous classic Florentine steaks, Bistecche stile Cecchini, accompanied by wines from two of Italy’s most iconic wineries, Gaja and Il Poggione.
