III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will hold a "Sommelier for a Day" wine tasting on Wednesday, May 1. Starting at 5 p.m., sommelier Anton Licko will lead participants through a sampling of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir selections from Burgundy, paired with an array of hors d'oeuvres.
