Burger Kits for Fourth of July Celebrations

This Fourth of July III Forks' is offering burger kits. The package ($50) includes 6 half-pound Certified Angus Beef burger patties, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, aged cheddar cheese, sesame seed buns, III Forks seasoning and a half-dozen freshly baked cookies. Pre-orders will be taken online and pick up is available from June 29 to July 3.

Cocktails (Old Fashioned; Margarita on the Rocks; Cosmopolitan; The Aviation) may be ordered to-go. They are $14, 200ml and serve two. Wine by the bottle is also available. 

If you want to dine with your group without manning the grill, III Forks offers a family-style meal: choice of entree (chicken fried filet mignon, chicken marsala, braised beef short ribs); off-the-cob cream corn; whipped potatoes; steamed broccoli; and mac and cheese. The fee is $180, serves 4-6. Crab cakes, Trinity salad and chef's dessert platter may be added for an upcharge.
