Buona, The Original Italian Beef and Mojo’s East Coast Eats, a laid-back Chicagoland eatery that serves Philly Cheesesteaks, are taking sides: Depending upon which team wins today, there will be free sandwiches at one of these restaurants on Monday January 7th.
If Chicago wins, Mojo’s Owner, Philadelphia transplant and rabid Philly football fan John Scoggin will be having his crew don Chicago jerseys and serve up free Buona Beef sandwiches to the first 100 guests at his restaurant (2758 Maple Ave, Downers Grove). If Philadelphia wins, the Buona West Loop crew (804 W Washington Blvd) will serve free Mojo’s Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches to their first 100 guests while wearing green Philly jerseys.
