Bronzeville Winery Hosts Gaintza Wines & Presents a Basque Country Dinner Experience Featuring Guest Chef James Martin of Bocadillo Market

On June 25th Bronzeville Winery hosts a dinner featuring the wines of Gaintza, from Spain's Basque Country. This exclusive wine dinner explores the flavors and heritage of Gaintza wines, paired with dishes crafted by Guest Chef James Martin and his team from Bocadillo Market, alongside Bronzeville Winery's Chef Lamar Moore.

Gaintza’s wines include the Txakolina, the Aitako, the Roses, and the La Antigua Clásico Reserva. A multi-course dinner includes menu items such as crispy duck paella and more.

Diners will learn directly from Joseba Lazkano, a 4th generation winemaker from the Gaintza estate, about the winemaking process, the Basque region's heritage, and the qualities of Gaintza wines. Tickets for the dinner are available on Tock.
