Tesori will hold a cheese and wine tasting event led by Chef Danny Sweis on Tuesday, February 23. Starting at 6 p.m., participants will sip and sample a variety of wines from Maso Canali and DaVinci, paired with an array of appetizers. At 6:15 p.m., Chef Sweis will break open an 80 pound wheel of authentic red cow parmigiano-reggiano cheese, and guests will experience the immediate release of aroma and taste its buttery texture and notes of nuttiness and sweet fruit. The certified Italian cheese has been produced under the same strict regimen that has made it the "king of cheeses" for over six hundred years. The fee to participate is $25.
