Tesori will hold a unique cheese and wine tasting event led by Chef Danny Sweis on Wednesday, November 18. Starting at 6 p.m., participants will sip and sample a variety of wines from Brancaia Winery, including their Super Tuscan blend, paired with an array of appetizers. At 6:15 p.m., Sweis will break open an 80 pound wheel of authentic red cow parmigiano-reggiano cheese.
