Bourbon on Division Debuts Brunch and Happy Hour

Wicker Park recently welcomed new restaurant Bourbon on Division. Located along Division street, the restaurant takes on traditional Southern cuisine. The new concept features a seasonal menu inspired by classic Southern-style dishes paired with bourbon-based cocktails. And since opening, Bourbon on Division has launched both weekend brunch and weekday happy hour menus:

Grilled Walnut-Sweet Potato Bread Pudding with bourbon apple honey and spinach frisee Salad

Spicy Pecan Fried Chicken with a corn waffle, collard greens and bourbon apple honey

Grilled Shrimp and White Cheddar Grits with smoked tomato gravy, wilted spinach and celery leaves

What's brunch without cocktails? Bourbon on Division has a cocktail menu just for brunch:

Blackberry Julep with Buffalo Trace, blackberry-mint simply syrup and prosecco

Helluva Way To Wake Up with Old Forester, iced coffee, honey-rosemary syrup and whipped bourbon cream

Basic Bitch with Tito's, plum bitters, cranberry, simple syrup and press
