Not even a month after their Grand Opening, Rhyme or Reason is gearing up for weekend brunch. Starting March 25th, guests can stop by for Chicken & Doughnuts, Soul Power Tacos, $1 Oysters, specialty brunch craft cocktails, and bottomless mimosas for just $18.95.
Are you a Tomatillo Tom, or a Bloody Mary? Each take on the classic brunch cocktail comes fully loaded and totally delicious. Sip slowly on their Cream Cadillac, made with house cream, Arakku, Denizen White Rum, Godiva White, maple syrup and topped with a house-made doughnut (because why not?) or Let's Get It On, with Kung Fu Girl Rieseling, Ciroc Mango, pineapple juice, passion fruit, coconut puree, lime juice.
Similar to their dinner menu, Rhyme or Reason will be offering eclectic shareable plates for you and your friends to enjoy. The Edamame Toast with ricotta, roasted poblano, and one poached egg served on sesame toast is sure to wow all your Instagram following. Feeling a little bit more decadent? Order their take on chicken and waffles, Chicken & Doughnuts or the Southern Bell Bottom Benedict, with shaved Tasso, fried green tomatoes drizzled creole hollandaise served on a grilled ciabatta.
In addition to their brunchtastic menu, each month they'll be offering an alternating 'hangover special' featuring a collaboration with another local chef to create the hangover cure of your dreams. First up: Chefs Rick and David Rodriguez, brothers and co-owners of brunch hot-spot, WHISK! Inspired by past regrettable texts and spinning rooms, the chefs have created not just one, but TWO brunch items to kick it off. Go savory and try the Carnitas Sopas, served with black bean spread, pork canitas, pico de gallo, cotija cheese and salsa verde, or indulge your sweet tooth with Chocolate Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast topped with caramelized bourbon bananas.
