Bollywood Bailando New Year's Eve at Vermilion

Forget the typical New Year’s Eve parties – Vermilion invites guests to ring in 2017 with one of the most flavorful and festive celebrations in town! A night of bold flavors and vibrant dishes, Chicago’s premier Indian-Latin fusion restaurant continues its Bollywood Bailando tradition with a five-course herb and spice feast, wine pairings from its boutique Latin wine list, a midnight Champagne toast, live music from DJ SKYY, and dancing until 4 a.m. Guests choose from three menus including Sexy Indian, Simmering Latin, and Global Green. Guests also enjoy herb and spice cocktails, global wines and beer from the cash bar. 

Inspired by the melding of Indian and Latin American cuisines, Vermilion’s five-course herb and spice feast is available from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. ($70) and from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. ($90), with an optional wine pairing ($45) and a vegetarian menu upon request.
