Boka Restaurant Group Opening Mediterranean Concept, Cira, Spring 2019

Boka Restaurant Group, together with The Hoxton, Chicago, has announced Cira, a modern Mediterranean restaurant in partnership with executive chef Chris Pandel. Located in the ground floor of the hotel, Cira will be an all-day eatery, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Joining Chef Pandel in the kitchen will be chef de cuisine Jacob Saben, previously of The Publican and Momotaro.

The 200-seat restaurant designed by AvroKo will sit at the corner of Lake and Green, in the middle of the Fulton Market district.
 
"Throughout my career, I’ve been inspired by the food of the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea from pasta and Italian at Balena, to unique spices and preparations at The Bristol, to whole fish and wood fired cooking at Swift & Sons. At Cira, we hope to show our appreciation for Mediterranean flavors through our use of herbs, spices and food preparations unique to the region,” said Chris Pandel.
 
Cira will open Spring 2019 and will be the fourth restaurant in partnership with Chris Pandel and Boka Restaurant Group (Swift & Sons, Cold Storage and Dutch & Docs).
