From Thursday, April 27 to Saturday, April 29, the Central European-inspired restaurant is offering a special “Chef's Cellar” menu paired with Czech brews. The line-up includes:
Gently Cured Trout, Smoked Beech Mushroom, Wild Onion, Chilled Plum Broth ($14) | paired with BrouCzech (pale, golden pilsner)
Barleywurst, Morels, Stinging Nettle Stuffing, Mulberries ($26) | paired with Bernard (Euro dark lager)
Veal Breast, Bone Marrow, English Peas, Spruce + Potato Jus ($32) | paired with Praga Dark (Euro dark lager)
Czech beers, Pilsner Urquell and Czechvar, will also be served. Each of the 5 brews will be offered for just $5.
