In need of a midweek pick-me-up? Let Bohemian House help with a Beer Tasting Dinner, featuring a four-course Chef’s Cellar menu by Chef Jimmy Papadopoulos, paired with (you guessed it) four flights of 9 oz. beers. The meal begins with Smoked Golden Trout served with marinated cucumbers, lemon crème fraîche and poppy seed, paired with a light Witte brew, followed by Spicy Beef Heart Tartare made with radish, scallions and poppy seeds, served on rye toast, and paired with a creamy Tripel Karmeliet. Continue down the savory road with Braised Pork Belly served alongside the well-balanced Cuvee des Jacobins Rouge, and to end, indulge in a roasted banana Bavarian cream, peanut mousse and bitter chocolate Paczki, while sipping Kwak, a Belgian amber ale and definite favorite. You thought that was all? As a special offering, guests will receive a digestive shot of Underberg, served in a specialty shot glass. BoHo’s Beer Dinner will be offered on Tuesday, March 15 and Wednesday, March 16 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and available for $65.
