With 2017 underway, Bohemian House is serious about helping Chicagoans get through the winter. On Saturday, January 14, and the first Saturday of every month following, step into Bohemian House for a Live Music Brunch. While taking in an acoustic set and enjoying sweet and savory brunch times, try your hand at the Build Your Own Warm Cocktail Bar ($4.50). It goes like this:

1. Choose your base – Dark Matter Coffee, Barry’s Hot Chocolate, Oolong Hot Tea
2. Add your spirit (+$5): Whiskey, Cognac, Mescal, Cherry Herring
3. Sweeten it up – Smoked Brown Sugar Syrup, Honey-Ginger Syrup, Simple Syrup, Splenda Syrup
4. Top it off – Caramelized Honey Foam, Herring Cherry/Aztec Chocolate Foam, Fernet Branca Foam, Vanilla Whipped Cream 
5. Garnish, garnish garnish – Chocolate Covered Raspberries, Brandied Cherries, Orange Zest, Dehydrated Apple Slices Drizzled with Maple, Smoked Marshmallows
