Now Open Mexican River North

Bodega Taqueria y Tequila recently hosted the grand opening of its outpost in the River North neighborhood at 407 N Clark St. This second Chicago location follows the May opening of its concept on West Loop’s Restaurant Row.

“The welcome we received since opening in West Loop has been nothing short of incredible, and we knew we had to keep that same momentum going by opening another location,” said Jared Galbut, CEO and Co-Founder. “This second concept in River North will offer the neighborhood a fun new spot for a quick bite with colleagues for lunch, or the perfect space to hang out with friends while enjoying some great food and drinks.”

Bodega’s tacos feature options such as Camarón al Coco, Steak Chimichurri, Crispy Fish, among traditional options such as Al Pastor, Carne Asada, Barbacoa, and more. Paying homage to the flavors of fall, the bar will be piloting a specialty seasonal cocktail menu. The menu features cocktails like Oaxacan Cide made with Mezcal Union, spiced ginger agave, apple, and cinnamon sugar; and Devil's Punch and with Cazadores Blanco, Chambord, spiced ginger agave, lime, Owen’s ginger beer and tajin. The bar menu offerings feature margaritas and seasonal cocktails, alongside a selection of tequila and mezcal.
