Blanco Cocina y Cantina in Oak Brook has announced the launch of its new brunch menu, available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting April 13. Guests can select a variety of dishes that offer the flavors of Mexican cuisine with menu options that include: 

  • Breakfast: Bacon and Egg Cheese Crisp, Baja Breakfast Burrito, Enchiladas, Ancho Spiced French Toast, Chorizo and Egg Tacos, and more 

  • Starters: Chicken Tortilla Soup, Warm Queso, Taquitos, Grilled Mexican Street Corn, and more 

  • Ensaladas: Avocado Caesar, Crunchy Taco Salad, Chopped Chicken 

  • Tacos: a selection of Meat or Seafood served on Flour or Corn Tortillas with a side of Rice and a choice of Black or Charro Beans 

  • Burritos, Burrito Bowls or Enchiladas: Chicken, Short Rib, Sweet Potato, Pork or Carne Asada served with Sour Cream, Guacamole, Pico De Gallo, Rice and a choice of Black or Charro Beans 

  • Brunch Cocktails: Bloody Maria, Jugo Verde, El Carajillo, Mimosas and Micheladas, 

  • Frozen Treats: Margaritas, Palomas

  • Beverage Selection: Cocktails including Paloma Ros, Cafe Espresso Martini, Strawberry Mandarin Ranch Water, Raging Burro, Coconut Mojito and Mezcal Old Fashioned as well as Agua Frescas Margaritas, Beer, Tequila, Wine, and more
