In Valencia, Spain, Sundays are traditionally reserved for leisurely paella gatherings. Black Bull pays homage to this ritual with its own version that pairs paella from Exec Chef Marcos Campo — a native of Valencia, the birthplace of paella — with the Wicker Park restaurant’s newly redesigned patio.
On Sunday, September 22 starting at 5 PM Chef Marcos Campos will prepare a traditional Spanish paella and a traditional Portuguese paella. 100% of paella only proceeds will be donated to World Central Kitchen to support their mission to be present where ever there is a fight so that hungry people may eat. Doors open at 5 PM.
