Top Chef Katsuji Tanabe brings his flavor combinations to Bittersweet's afternoon tea service. The alumni of Bravo's Top Chef Seasons 12 and 14, Chef Katsuji makes his return to Chicago in collaboration with Bittersweet for a  tea experience. Featuring a journey of bites and your choice of Rare Tea Cellars selection. Add on Chef Katsuji's cocktail pairings or unlimited bubbly.

The menu for afternoon tea will include:

  • Calabash Fried Oysters with Old Bay Aioli
  • Baked Clams Casino with Mezcal
  • Shrimp Tostada with Atomic Horseradish
  • Calabrian Chile Cured Salmon Sandwich
  • Spicy Tuna Sandwich Sandwich
  • Lemongrass Shrimp Lumpia

There are three seatings for Afternoon Tea on Sunday, April 21st -- 11am, 1:30pm, and 4pm. Tickets are $105 per person with add-ons available for cocktail pairings or unlimited bubbly.
