The Bristol and Executive Chef Sean Pharr are featuring an exclusive four-course prix fixe menu available only on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016. To share, the first course offers a range of Pâtés, Terrines, and Spreads, and the second course features Malformati and Gemelli. Diners have the choice of an entrée in the third course, including Spiced Skate Wing or Braised Beef Cheek. The final course features a Chocolate Ganache Tart or Basque Cake.
