Bites Asian Kitchen in Bar, located in Wrigleyville, is celebrating their fourth year in business. The restaurant will offer guests a $4 discount on cocktails (11 am.-10 p.m.) and a $4 "bites" menu by chef Derek Intapura (4-10 p.m., detailed below). Starting at 4:44 p.m. and each :44 minute mark thereafter,Bites will raffle off $20 gift certificates.
