Bijan's Bar & Restaurant Reopens in River North

Bijans has announced its grand reopening this month, bringing newly developed American dishes to the table. After being forced to close its doors during COVID, Bijan's is reopening under new ownership.

Bijans' team of chefs has curated a menu that takes classic dishes and reimagines them:

• Signature Fried Chicken Sandwich: with a basil mint aioli, candied fresno chili, and gremolata on a brioche bun

• PLT: House porchetta, herb aioli, fennel slaw heirloom tomatoes, and arugula

But Bijans also offers sides and cocktails such crispy truffle fries, tangy buffalo cauliflower bites, or a fiery margarita.
