BIG Bar located on the second floor of Hyatt Regency Chicago celebrates National Burger Month with a burger weighing in at 2.3 pounds, exclusively offered on the menu throughout May in honor of the food holiday. The BIGgest Burger is a three-cheese, bacon slathered, topped-with-jalapeño, onion, tomato and Sriracha mayo creation, served with lettuce on a brioche bun, and comes with a side of fries for $20. Topped with American, Swiss, and cheddar cheeses, the BIGgest Burger is a celebration of the classic dish, and presents quite the challenge.
Burgers are a longtime favorite on hotel menus, and this dish will be offered alongside BIG Bar’s menu of shareable plates, flatbread pizzas, and more. The beverage program at BIG Bar consists of 30 signature cocktails and more than 50 imported and domestic beers all served along North America’s longest free-standing bar.
