Travelle at The Langham, Chicago is a restaurant, lounge, and bar featuring seasonal American cuisine. Dishes feature fresh ingredients, utilizing the team’s connection with farms, ranches, and orchards across the nation. A sampling of seafood offerings include:

  • Roasted King Salmon with harissa & tahini spiced cauliflower and peanut 
  • Crispy Calamari with yuzu pickle and furikake ranch

The Signature Room at the 95th 

Located atop 875 N Michigan Ave (formerly known as John Hancock Center), The Signature Room at the 95th offers American cuisine, seasonally changing cocktails and panoramic views of Chicago’s skyline. Seafood options include:

  • Freshly Shucked Oysters on the Half Shell with horseradish cocktail sauce, yuzu kosho mignonette, and absinthe mustard aioli
  • Jump Shrimp Cocktail with horseradish cocktail sauce, lemon, and saltine crackers
  • The Seafood Tower with cold water lobster tail, dozen oysters on the half shell, dozen jumbo shrimp, one pound king crab legs, horseradish cocktail sauce, yuzu kosho mignonette, and absinthe mustard aioli

Oaken Bistro + Bar

Oaken Bistro + Bar is a new restaurant on Chicago's North Shore. Dishes feature locally-sourced ingredients and the menu boasts a selection of American favorites including seafood options such as: 

  • Warm Octopus Salad with charred lemon, Picholine olives, Calabrian chilis, fingerlings and parsley 
  • Seared Scallops with soy glazed local roots, shishito peppers, and miso coconut foam 
  • Flash-Fried Rainbow Trout with braised collard greens, white polenta and brown sugar bacon 

Fulton Market Kitchen 

Featuring carefully curated cocktails and dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients, Fulton Market Kitchen has a creative menu with a plethora of seafood dishes. Among those offerings include: 

  • Curry Roasted Black Bass mild vindaloo curry, wilted arugula, radish, grilled avocado, soy gelée and house-made naan. 
  • Hamachi Crudo with cold smoked hamachi, lemon ricotta, celery, herbed marble potatoes, ossetra caviar 
  • Bangs Island (Maine) Mussels with fennel, chili-tomato-basil butter, grilled ciabatta 

Liríca Restaurant 

With views of Lake Michigan, this Iberian and Latin-inspired restaurant celebrates Mexican, Spanish, Portuguese and Caribbean tradition. Complete with regional ingredients and fresh fish and roasted meats, seafood options included in their flavorful menu are: 

  • Sizzling Jumbo Shrimp with garlic, parsley, lemon, white wine, and housemade focaccia
  • Roasted Seasonal Fish with crispy potatoes and chile salsa verde
  • Mexican Shrimp Cocktail with poached shrimp, fresno chiles, avocado, cilantro and tortilla chips

Kitchen + Kocktails

Kitchen + Kocktails is a new restaurant that makes comfort food.  The Southern-inspired menu includes a plethora of both meat and seafood options. From their Cajun Crab Cakes to their Shrimp and Grits or the Seafood Gumbo.

Water's Edge Hyatt Lodge

Located in the serenity of a forest preserve location, Water's Edge offers classic American fare in a casual lakeside setting, either on the patio or in the lakeside cafè. Among their options are:

  • Tuna Sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle on rye bread
  • *Pan-Seared Barramundi with orange gremolata, tomato, and northern bean saute
  • Shrimp Tacos with shredded vegetables, bang bang sauce, and fried rice

*For the month of October, Water's Edge at Hyatt Lodge will be supporting the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Foundation and donate $1 for every Pumpkin Gnocchi with Grilled Duck and Crisp-Skinned Barramundi sold.

Raised An Urban Rooftop Bar

The all-season rooftop bar features a cocktail menu and starters selection. And for seafood lovers, options include:

  • Lobster Shrimp Roll with lemon dill mayo, pickled onion with a brioche roll
  • Tuna Wakame with sesame, pickled Fresno chili, cilantro, and crispy wonton
  • Citrus Avocado Toast (add shrimp!) with egg, dill, chive on olive oil focaccia

Sunda New Asian

Sunda New Asian is open for takeout lunch (MONDAY - FRIDAY 11am to 2pm), delivery and dine-in dinner! Sunda's menu features a plethora of options: 

  • TIGER SHRIMP TEMPURA - candied walnuts, creamy honey aioli, frisee
  • HAMACHI JALAPEÑO - cilantro, garlic, yuzu ponzu
  • GARDEN ROLL - nori, basil, mango, greens, avocado, asparagus, cucumber, ponzu sauce
